DETAILED ENGINEERING DESIGN

Detailed engineering analysis, design and construction drawings on 3-D platform is the core expertise and activity at DXL. Engineering projects are not only executed conforming to various International Standards such as American, British, European, Indian standards but ‘Value Engineering’ by DXL team has resulted in optimized project cost in many instances. Design of Compressors, Turbines, Large Mill Foundation using 3D Finite Element model and special software like STRAND-7 is the forte of DXL wherein safe and optimum solutions are provided to clients.


3D MODELLING AND SHOP DETAILING

We have vast experience in 3D structural steel modelling, using ‘Tekla Structures’, connection design as per international codes & extracting shop and erection drawings. Concept of BIM – working on common 3D Model integrating all disciplines is fast emerging as most effective mode of engineering. We undertake 3D Modelling & BIM activities as regards to Civil Structural works also extending to HVAC & electrical applications.

 

PREBID ENGINEERING

Prebid Engineering is a job for experts. With ever increasing single point responsibility EPC contracts, the need of precise cost estimates in shortest time is the single most important parameter for EPC contractors while bidding for the project. It is essential to not only win the bid but also to execute the project within initial estimates.

PROJECT AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Project Management team prepare design brief in terms of scope, time, cost, quality and safety and establish project control systems. Preparation of Project Master Schedule along with technical specifications and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to minimise risk and optimise cost. Provide total site supervision, quality audits, coordination and troubleshooting for activities during all phases of project life cycle.
